Utilities & Subscriptions
All utilities are provided by United Family Elderly Care Homes. A television and a telephone are provided for the residents use in the common living areas.
Each room is wired and fully prepared for phone, television, and basic cable connection in case the resident wants to have their own for private use.
Contracts and equipment for these services, to include newspaper /magazine subscriptions, telephone handsets, PC internet hook ups are the responsibility of each resident. A list of service providers and instructions will be provided upon admission if needed.
